i've been working on water in fuel emulsion for several years now.
Despite the fact that water/fuel emulsions are moving into the main
stream and are being commercialised already, i find many people are
still not aware of this, emisson reducing, fuel saving technology.
Now that there are thousands of vehicles running on it and several
large companies selling it i thought the time might be right to attempt
to open a discourse on the subject and maybe let some people know of a,
easy to impliment, with no engine modification method to reduce fuel
consumption. I have written a history of water in fuel emulsions to
bring anyone interested up to date on the developments with water/fuel
emuslsions. It is a work in progress and changes regularly.

There is alot of info on surfactants and the chemistry involved that i
havn't had time to get on the site. The site is lacking in pictures and
movies, but i will add them as i get time. Looking forward to getting
your input and opinions.
peace
