No, that is the sort of thing that can be engineered for. You provide
crush zones and bracing to protect the tanks.

You can provide whatever you want, but it won't eliminate ruptured tanks
or vehicles fires.

From what I"ve read, the consensus seems to be that a vehicular
hydrogen explosion in a collision would be rare, just as a gasoline
explosion is: the tanks are tougher than gas tanks and if they do
rupture, and hydrogen dissipates more quickly than gasoline would.
