During the past 100 years, humans burning coal and oil have increased
the atmosphere's concentration of carbon dioxide [CO2] --the main
greenhouse gas --by 25%, and the concentration is still rising.
1. Where is the science that proves "burning coal and oil have
increased the
atmosphere's concentration of carbon dioxide [CO2] -- the main
greenhouse gas --by 25%"?
Problematic since it's not true AIUI.
2. What IS the "main greenhouse gas"?
Water vapour AIUI.
3. What percentage of the "greenhouse gasses" is comprised of CO2?
4. Does CO2 lag or lead temperature?
Lag. Big time.
5. Current levels of CO2 are about 380 ppm. Is this higher, or much
lower,
than the average the planet has experienced?
Within the normal range.

Only the Carboniferous period had CO2 levels as low as they are presently.

Shows levels as high as 470 ppm as recently as the 1940's

Good stuff, Kevin.
I'd like to see an explanation for omitting the CO2 measurements that
didn't agree with their AGW hypothesis. If you haven't already seen
Figure 3 in the following paper, it's worth a look. It shows 19th century
CO2 levels, reconstructed from 90,000 data points. They were derived by
chemical analysis, well documented, considered to be +-3% accurate.

I expect to hear the usual "No, it's not!"'s from the alarmists now.
