That's a little too extreme.
"Directly" implies federal employees and lawmakers and likely the military as well.
"Indirectly" is a much wider group that may oterwise be independent of the gOvernment, such as contractors that build and do things.
"Directly" can still be too wide since the military, especially combat veternas, should always have their fair representation.
Other than that, I like the idea.
