A US gallon of petrol's worth of heat is ~ 132MJ or 36.66 kWh.

If you can make 36.66 kWh for $0.17 (under half a cent per kWh) then
either........

B. You're a lying, cheating, scamming, ignorant prickhead, deluded ***.
