our sites currently under construction, or engage us to build a custom
plant to meet your needs.
Until you're shipping hydrogen, use of the present tense as above is indeed
premature.

It should be "USOAL is building plant to make hydrogen to sell".

What question is that? Elsewhere I stated in gory detail precisely
