If the device was patented, then it should be on the USPTO web site.
You wouldn't happen to have the patent number, would you? I'm sure
this group would be delighted to comment on its merits, if there are
any.

with electicity from the alternator. He died. A unrelated company published
a video showing the same results and are using the method for waste water
treatment. So it is doable. You end up burning stainless steel. Appears cost
effective but a good penny for your start up and you have to do all the work
as no one sells actual kits for this. The kits for sale are not using this
exact method.
