A Fun Project the Free Energy enthusiasts

For those interest in the free energy theories that are have been
kicking around for years, I belive it might be fun or useful to
catalog them all in one list. I'm of course a physicist, so I believe
that the possibily of free energy being obtained by any means is
simply impossible, still the varous schemes for doing so make for fun
reading, and the explainion in deal why each scheme will not work is
sort of a fun excersice, like a recreatinal puzzle.

Now, there are many psedo-scientific schemes kicking around, so let's
confine this to free energy, and not medical quackery.

There appears to be a number of different branches devoted to how to
aquire free energy, some chemical, some electrical, and some based on
the "improvement" of internal combustion engines. There may be
others.

If there is any interest in such a list, I'll be happy to lay out a
format for the list. I would try to make it as non-judgemental as
possible, show only the name of the person claiming this effect, a
brief summary of what is claimed, and a link to a website providing
more informatin.

What do readers of this newsgroup think?

p.s., At least it would be better than watching TV. Sometimes even
funnier.
