Basically
In this new ICE, I am simply getting more energy out of each explosion.

How?

By simply getting 25 or more turns of the crank for one bang instead of
1/4 turn of crank for one bang like a 4cyl gets.

the overall heat will drop only because of the timing

How does timing affect heat?

In a 4cyl the heat builds up because of multiple bangs per 1 rev,
4 bangs to be precise.
In this new engine itwill only be 1 bang per multiple revolutions
of the crank.
Again, look at the site. it is pretty much self explained to a mechanically
inclined mind.

What does this mean exactlly? Could you please put this in terms of
RPM and explosions per RPM? Then explain how changing the explosions
per RPM changes the *efficiency* of an engine?

Just did such.
1 rev vs 25 or more revs depending on the best setup
found.

Do you believe you can exceed Carnot efficiency? If so how? If
not, how close to Carnot efficiency can you get? Why? What is the
ideal Carnot efficiency of your engine? Why?

*** Carnot Efficiency.
This is not a "heat engine"
Look at the site and see for yourself please.
Or forget it and let someone else make it to become
rich from the simple invention you did not even look at.

From what I've read so far, you don't even understand the basics.
You make connections between features that have no relation to one
another, and you make claims about efficiency without putting any
numbers or references or meaningful analysis.

You are the one that has not looked at the site, and added all
sorts of problems that the engine does not have and you add a few
that the engine could not even have.
Sheesh!
I can see it is you that does not understand the basics of
"how it works" and mostly because I can tell you have not even
looked carefully at it or you would not ask such questions.
