Here is an idea.....

Don't bother trying to convince other people to make the device, make
it yourself !!!!

If it is so much better at producing Hydrogen as you believe you could
make a small unit and start sypplying hydrogen at market prices and
make a hell of a profit. DON'T tell anyone who you are or how you
make it, just make and sell it hydrogen, and use the profits to scale
up. That way you make all the money !!
