Seems that way. I may have contributed slightly. It was just over 2 years
ago that I went to the meeting. I remember the Princess Mary buffet lunch
though.

You gould go with two 125 MWe Candus, but I was thinking more of a 728 MWe
Candu 6. By time it's built, should cover much of the Islands electricity. A
similarly sized ARC (Advanced Candu Reactor) would be pretty skookum as
well.
Lead time is a problem, even noting that much of that would be political
wrangling & such. There'd likely be lots for other options as well though.
