elsewhere, if they were so inclined.
One mans trash is another mans treasure?
I think he's suggesting a "re-use" kind of deal. Diverting WVO that would
normally have been dumped, and using it as fuel, or fuel feedstock. I can
see a viable business collecting WVO and using it for whatever purpose, but
for individual "generators" of WVO, it's not worth it for them for the small
amount each individual generates.
