LSE-CM/ISS, mining/exporting He3

Even though there's little that's illogical or even all that skeptical
about any of the applied laws of physics or upon specific scientific
claims, I'm re-starting this topic here because, it simply isn't as
likely to be as well received within most other forum categories.
However, if need be we should each try to inform the nice folks
within "Space", "Physics", "Research" and even "Logic" plus a few
other categories that wouldn't normally think about their venturing
into this "Energy Forum", merely suggesting they have another
look-see, and God forbid they should actually contribute something
besides their usual flak.

This LUNAR SPACE ELEVATOR topic of facilitating the
extraction/pillaging of lunar substances isn't persay required to
remain solely focused upon He3, as there's other substances, plus
just the tether dipole of energy extraction that's got to be worth
terawatts.

However, the prospect of obtaining He3 may initially become what's
necessary as to pay for everything else, especially profitable if we
all pulled another Martha Stewart or Arthur Andersen and bought
heavily into Halburton/ENRON stocks before they get their grimy mits
on any of that nifty He3 stuff.

With that sort of clean fusion energy mulla rolling in, perhaps in no
time at all we'll have the necessary trillion dollar/euro startup
funds for getting this LSE-CM/ISS up and running. Once that's in
play, then all sorts of to/from lunar enterprise and interplanetary
gateway excursions becomes a reality. Even the basics of
accommodating sufficient interstellar laser cannon transponders isn't
out of the question, and perhaps then those terrific VLA-SAR imaging
resolutions of 16 bits and as tight as 10 mm of Venus shouldn't be so
easily ignored.

Not to forget that there'd be no place upon the moon that's facing
Earth or upon Earth that Osama bin Laden or even Dr. Henry Kissinger
could possibly hide, as that nifty radar imaging resolution should
fall well below 1 mm, and otherwise capable of becoming as focused
and lethal as it needs to get (somewhat like the Boeing/TRW Phantom
Works ABLs being spectrum shifted into the UV/b or even UV/c spectrum
is actually quite an effective though entirely stealth biological WMD
that'll slowly work it's magic from the inside out on behalf of
allowing your own DNA/RNA to reject itself.

BTW; remember that this topic actually needs placement into several
forum communities, as there's all sorts of good, bad and ugly aspects
that'll need to be kept within the public eye, as otherwise our usual
cloak and dagger cold-war rusemasters are going to continue with
their status quo behaviour in spite of the consequences.

Of course, I'll attempt to edit this topic entro once it's well under
way. However, if this should receive the usual all-knowing forum
banishment, then goto either one of my URLs for the updates and other
stuff. http://geocities.com/bradguth or http://guthvenus.tripod.com
