Well good for you. You're quite in the minority for Alaskans, but
you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

I don't think you do. I don't think you've done much of a
cost/benefit analysis. I think you're speaking from an environmental
activist--spew first and think later point of view.

Well, some parts of the Grand Canyon have been developed, and not at a
great loss to the immense beauty of the place.

That's right. Legally Alaskans don't own ANWR. That's not much of a
point. It's the legality that's at issue here. I think Alaskans
should decide that issue. If a majority of Alaskans don't want it,
then of course we shouldn't do it. But if you think it's the Alaskans
who are the crux of the opposition, you're not as smart as you think
you are.

You know, I didn't do much pontificating. What I said was short and
to the point. People resort to ad-hominems when they don't have much
of substance to say. I got your point. You're from Alaska, and
you're opposed to drilling in ANWR.
