I am terribly sorry to burst your bubble. Your logic is flawed. It is
true that gravity is apparently stronger at the poles. All this
results in is a reduction is sea level at the poles. You can't run a
pipe from the poles to the equator and generate flow. If you put the
openning at both ends in the water just below sea level, nothing will
happen. The water pressure at sea level at the poles and at the
equator is essentially zero. Zero pressure differential equals zero
flow.
A thought experiment to confirm this is to ask:
If water wants to naturally flow from the poles to the equator with no
energy input, why doesn't it already? There are already open channels
for the free flow of water from the poles to the equator, the oceans.
The Earth is already at equilibrium. The net flow from the poles to
the equator is zero in the open system of the oceans. Enclosing the
water in a pipe doesn't accomplish anything that will make the water
start to flow.
