Hello,
I'm a high school student (11th) and I wish to study Nuclear
Engineering soon at one of the ABET accredited uni's. Probably
U-Missouri Rolla. I'm curious to know what I can learn now in high
school about the subject. I've heard the Lamarsh text is good,
"Introduction to Nuclear Engineering". I just don't want a text that is
_too_ far out of reach. I'm a pretty good self-learner, I've taken Ap
Calculus and am learning physics now in high scoool. So, will that text
be too advanced for me? Even to learn a couple chapters? Or are there
any other good texts out there that provide a meaningful and detailed
intro to nuclear engineering/science.
thanks in advance.

jk
