FACTUAL INFORMATION RE: DENBURY RESOURCES INC REPORTED TO FBI

The information listed below pertains to my employment at Denbury
Resources Inc. as an officer (Secretary) of Denbury Energy Services,
Inc., formerly known as Brymore Energy Corporation (A Texas
Corporation).
Fact One:
When I began working for Ron Gramling as Controller of Brymore Energy
Corporation one of the first things he said to me was something to the
effect of this "If you ever cross me I will cut off your head and ####
down your throat."
Fact Two:
Ron Gramling told me he once held a top-secret security clearance in
cryptography. He also told me he received the message during the Cuban
Missile Crisis that simply read, "Prepare for War."
Fact Three:
On at least two occasions Ron Gramling looked at me when discussing
something related to oral sex between two men and said, "You do know
you don't have to do that." I always made it clear that I found the
statement somewhat unbelievable in that it would ever even be an issue.
During one of these conversations he implied that Ken Lay likely
engaged in oral sex with superiors in order to advance his career. Ron
also told me during this particular conversation that he felt like his
career had been held back because of his refusal to engage in oral sex
with a male superior. He always made it clear to me that he was
heterosexual.
Fact Four:
While an employee of Denbury Ron Gramling showed me in his office on a
company computer a movie clip named horsegag.avi, the clip showed a
human female engaging in oral sex with a male horse and choking in the
horse's semen when the horse ejaculated in her mouth. This was viewed
in his office on more than one occasion with John Snyder witnessing the
event on at once.
Fact Five:
My father, James Lewis Mathis, II on more that one occasion discouraged
me from reporting any of this or attempting to sue Denbury or any other
employer for violations of my civil rights.
My father also threatened me with the implication I would wind up in
Terrell (a mental institution) if I discussed things such as my theory
on the Tunguska Event, and possibly Hiroshima or Nagasaki, being
related to planetary alignments. He became very upset and told me he
had personally loaded nuclear weapons onto airplanes and that I was
wrong. I asked him why someone would institutionalize me for having an
incorrect theory.
Fact Six:
Ron Gramling once made the comment to me that "This system has been in
place for a long time. You want try to change anything will you?"
The context, to the best of my recollection would have been something
related to the "Shadow Government" or some less obvious, secondary
system that has been in place, related to the intelligence community,
or possibly organized crime. I told Ron I wouldn't try to change
anything. I lied.
Fact Seven:
I was almost always on friendly terms with Ron Gramling and considered
him a friend. I am very hesitant to use him in this manner but have
very few viable alternatives to force a discussion of these issues.
Fact Eight:
While an employee of Denbury, another employee, Jim Sinclair, asked me
(while in the mens room) something about having sex with a female
employee named Rebecca (who had recently married). Jim implied he had
sexual intercourse with her and said something to the effect of "Oh,
you don't do that do you." Rebecca officed next to Gareth Roberts, the
CEO and was instrumental in implementing Hyperion. I was in an
executive level meeting at least one time in which she participated.
Ron had mentioned her to me on more than one occasion.
Fact Nine:
While at a lunch meeting with Ron Gramling and Phil Rykhoek I was told
by Ron, in Phil's presence, that Phil was from the planet Mars. I made
the comment that Phil was extremely tall. I considered it something
related to Internet activity of mine, which Ron was fully aware of, and
felt like it implied Phil Rykhoek was also involved in the BBS activity
in which I participated, or perhaps discussions in Yahoo Conferences
concerning Vedic Religion and Sitchin's theory on exploding planets.
Fact Ten:
This is going to be published on the Internet concurrently with a
submission of the same information to the Federal Bureau of
Investigation.

I am homeless, at present, and do not have a mailing address. I do have
