Interesting,

5,000m up - not too high for the cable. But how can a number of these
be positioned without risk of entaglement? Otherwise they'll need to be
positioned quite apart. if each needs 100 sq km (10 by 10), then 600
need 60,000 sq km of space, free from aviation.
