This is a puff piece for a concept model that will never be sold.
First: The claimed performance is comparable to a 150cc gasoline
scooter with a 6 liter (1.6 gal) tank. Assuming a low efficiency ICE
and a high efficiency fuel cell, the ENV would require a 28 liter
(nearly 8 gal)tank. And not a light weight tank but a heavy, high
pressure tank.
Second: The ENV has both batteries and fuel cell. the combined weight
will push the total weight to above 250 kilos (550 pounds). No way for
a cycle with this weight to achieve the claimed performance.
Third: The cost used for hydrogen is ludicrous. Even with government
subsidies and NO TAXES the price of 25 cents/gal (7 cents/l) is absurd.
Mul;tiple by 5, at least.
Fourth: The anticipate price is $6000 to $8000. Compare to a gasoline
scooter at about $2000 ($15000 - $4000 depending on features).
