No,only electric or IC engine.I explain why.If an 40 kW electric car weight
is e.g. 5 kW/kg lower than an IC one,then we collect 40 kW * 5 kW/kg = 200
kg for some lithium batteries.But lithium batteries have 200 - 300 Wh/kg,so
we have in those 200 kg,40 kWh batteries enough to run the electric vehicles
for hundreds of km.But I'm not sure about electric and Ic motor kW/kg
numbers
