Estimation of CO2 emissions with first full charge of EV.

I strongly believe that EV cars only shifts the CO2 emissions from the
user to the electricity producer.
The transmission efficiency of EV,taking into account the
generation,transmission of power,conversion of ac to dc brings it to
about 24-26 % comparable to internal combustion engines.
Lets talk some figures somebody!!!!
