Silent Flight; Fuel Cells Are the ONLY Solution

A lot of people on the ground and in the air complain about aircraft
noise so fuel cell powered blimps, airships and possibly heavier than
aircraft are the only serious way to have quiet aviation. Balloons and
gliders don't count. Even the military might be interested.
