For some less developed countries, coal is better than nothing.
For countries which have (are allowed to have) nuclear-energy
technology, it of course is utterly retrogressive and ridiculous
to revert *from* nuclear power plans *to* coal, as the USA
for instance has been doing for over 20 years. Here in Sweden
there's an equally bad tendency - of banning nuclear power plants
for the future, and closing down such which exist.
There's plenty of oil, and no "manmade global warming" either.
Thus to revert from oil towards coal is quite bad.
On the campaigns of false propaganda concerning energy,
intended t make all sorts of it scarce and expensive, for
extremely reactionary political reasons, see for instance
