Your statment seems to be several cookies short of a full package.
What's the other 25%? I'd really like to know.
Water is already burnt, it is not combustable. It can only be made into
something combustable by adding a LOT of energy, from somewhere else.
Therefore, water is not an energy source, it is not a fuel.
