The report claims that the Z-machine at Sandia National Labs achieved
the record. They dont know how they did it. The machine appears to be
outputing more energy than is being put in. Could they have stumbled
onto a new property of physics?
They probably simply forgot to add in the energy from all that
oxidizing wire.
