< production, and then do not share production data with each other;
< OPEC goes to a third party for guesses at how much each of its member

< states produces. And, for what it is worth, the third party guesses
< that Venezuela cannot even meet its current quota.

They are getting $100,000,000/day from the U. S. -- almost enough to
pay for the Iraq quagmire.
