Thanks Bill, I'm still trying to understand the whole hydrogen thing,
how it's a carrier rather than a source, etc., and hopefully I'll add
stuff to it soon. Nuclear fission and fusion are both there, fission
under the Stopgaps section because it's so dangerous and because
uranium is a finite resource, and fusion under the Fringe Technologies
section because it's still quite a few years away from being workable
on a large scale.
