I don't see how you're going to convert the CO2 from a 1GW plant with that!

Might work if............................. like most powerplants, it
runs way below peak capacity almost all the time. That's the only way I
can see it. Although the basic idea is sound, as you say the scale here
seems distorted otherwise.
