Mr Black says that the the world economies
should move away from its dependence on oil
as a chief energy source. He says the first
step towards economic independency from oil
is to have(mandate?) all fleet-run vehicles
(e.g. US Government agencies, UPS,
Dunkin Donuts ) to switch to non oil energy
sources as hydrogen or electric.
