[The pendullum is continuing to swing toward Nuclear power again. Of
the 3 main "anti-nuclear" countries, Sweden, Germany and Italy, all 3
are now reversing their previous policies. Italy is unique becasue the
did shut all their reactors and now pay the highest costs for fuel in
Europe--D.Walters]
Unfortunately, this is not true at all - at least in the cases
of Sweden and Germany. There is some empty talk, because of
the people's strong opposition to the arch-reactionary destruction
policies. But these anti-nuclear-energy policies are CONTINUING
UNABATED.

Italian cabinet minister speaks in favour of nuclear13 February 2007
Probably - I'm sorry to say - precisely the same empty talk
as that by some politicians in other counties too. Also Blair
and Bush, for instance.
Bush in 2002 talked of an "ambitious" programme in the USA.
And what has come of it, 5 years later? One (1) reactor MIGHT
get started on later in this year.
Look at the actions of those people, not at their enforced
hypocrisy.
