Kravis-KKR does Texas=TXU purchase w/debt is higher rates, Kravis=Geffen=Lieberman=AIPAC

in my humble opinion and pardon my ignorant grammar, the news that
TXU
Corp. is being sold to a group of Hedge Funds, KKR,TPG,etc., for 44
billion dollars is amazing because,1) Kravis of KKR is one of the
biggest supporters/fund raisers of Bush ,but this purchase with 30
billion in new debt is going to be paid by the consumers of Texas
with
new price increases, plus the Hedge Funds fee of 20 % of profits plus
2% of service fee a year amounts to roughly 3 to 4 billion dollars
over the life of the funds used,i hope the experts calculate the
exact
staggering amount !, so the neighborhood of Bush and his own ranch
will pay for this huge profit to Kravis and partners, lawyers,
bankers
and advisers plus all the top executive and board layers at TXU which
gets a golden parachute to approve the sale plus some will get a huge
signing option package to stay with the new team, they do the
consumers and stockholders of TXU a double whammy, ain't that nice?
and when the naive consumers and stockholders of TXU and Texas
understand the " witch whackuru deal" they will blame George, because
Kravis friends will be long gone with the billions, the contracts and
the assets, long gone to Bermuda, Barbados,Cayman
Islands,Gibraltar,TelAviv and Zug,isn't wonderful? so George, like in
Iraq, will get the blame while Kravis, which also is a huge investor
in the main Military Contractors in Iraq and beyond,will get the
billions,what a great plan! and just in case, in the W.H.,
Bolten,Berman,Kaplan,Keller and friends, the partners of Kravis will
make sure George gets only some of the facts, not all, keep him busy
with the pictures,the parades,the cute soldiers standing guard with
the shiny uniforms and tight pants , flags and music here and there,
all the "cute" distractions ala Bolten,while Kravis does the heavy
push and gets the "honey of the land",amazing! we must also remember
the best friends and partners of Kravis, which are David Geffen and
Lieberman, they got the "back door "of Congress,literally!, with
Geffen they get the VP office with Obama, and with Lieberman they get
the Reps, isn't wonderful? no matter who gets in the Oval Ofice,
Obama,Hillary,McCain,Rudy(with Judith the top Mossad girl) , we get
the Mossad boys of Geffen, the military-political of Lieberman and we
always get the israeli boot, what a wonderful situation, and if
anybody complains in http://www.c-span.org/ , radio or TV calls , a
Mossad patriot calls in and gets in right away and calls them
unpatriotic and anti-this or anti-that, so watch how from now until
election day, they will try to limit any critics of the israeli
influence in USA politics , if a caller talks about Samuel Berger,
AIPAC,9/11,Silverstein,Lieberman,Libby,any member of the israeli-
american lobby,they get cut-off, really the last man standing is
Jimmy
Carter,so what a criminal ,coward, corrupt situation has DC become,
what a farce ! and all this while Congress must approve another 100
billion dollars right now just for this year operarations, on top of
a
staggering 400 billion dollar Pentagon regular budget,and then is the
25 billion for repairs of equipment,and on and on..... this year we
are importing more oil and gas then ever, for a staggering 310
billion
dollars /year, so after 4 years of war, we are more dependent on
foreign oil and gas then ever, what a criminal shame ! and to see
George holding a glass full of ethanol and talking about the future?
when Brazil is already energy independent with sugar cane to ethanol,
here in the USA we are still taking about it !!!!

Today the WSJ ,Feb.26,07,has 2 very good articles about electric and
lithium-ion batteries cars, a) "Electric cars gather speed" and b) "
Thrifty electric cars turn on one town", about electric cars in the
USA ( GEM from Daimler-Chrysler ) and in Europe ( SVE-Dassault-
Johnson
Controls) and other electric car manufacturers, since 1996 we have
been talking about this seriously ,and even after this 4 year war ,
thousands of deaths and disabled soldiers and civilians and billions
wasted, the Oil lobby and the Hedge Funds are so powerful and they
corrupt DC so much, nothing is happening and we are importing more
oil
and gas then ever, shame !


I would urge President Bush to start a DIPLOMACY SURGE with
Iran,Syria, with Cuba and Venezuela and with Russia to calm the
waters, every political signal that comes out of DC by his neocon
staff is of violent confrontation: "....we dont talk to bad people,
so
we dont talk to anybody...", in the last 6 years of president Bush
lisstening to his neocon staff,Fleisher-Libby-Mehlman-Gutman-Abrams-
Rosen-Bolten-Keller-Kaplan-Berman-Chertoff-Bodman-Wainstein-
Fisher,etal ,its been a disaster, its time to change , its time for
diplomacy, a massive surge of Diplomacy ! remember that they will
blame your Legacy and you, all the neocons around you will go to work
for the Lobby's, the Oil and Gas Lobby's , the Israeli Government
operations in the USA, the Military Contractors,the Private Security
contractors,the Hedge Funds running them,etc., you will get stuck
witht the blame, its time for change, exactly 22 months !

Cohen,Ron,Ratner,Silver,Bloomberg,Spitzer,Corzine,Bolten ,
Libby,Rubin
from Citi,Blankfein from GoldmanSachs and Schwarzman from Blackstone
among others are exactly the same intent and the same idea,they
belong
to the same political-military-religious-financial group, America
must
know this before we get into the '08 elections,because they are
pushing their own agenda inside the 2 parties and the independents
with Lieberman, its a fix and its un-constitutional, most of the

have dual citizenship, american and israeli, and if its legal, when
they represent the taxpayers and voters, they must tell them, they
work for them, not for the Israeli Government, this must be cleared
