The naval reactors probably cost $50 million.
They actually run on water.
They get the hydrogen by electrolysis.
The power for a warship is a bit more than a car probably 1000 MW.
That is quite a lot of water. You can work it from the mass defect. Hydrogen
in sea water contains quite a lot of D2 so the yeild is from both the D and
the H.
