Which makes my point. If you burn 100 gallons a year and I burn 700
gallons per year and we both are going to pay for the same amount of
roadway maintenance with gas taxes then you're going to pay 7x as much
all other things being equal.
That's hardly true. Since the big cost of driving is health
insurance,
which the Europeans already get included, not gas.
Since most "highways" in Los Angelos say
"Freeway ditches built by Betchel morons", not highways.
