Not feasible
Why not?
Farmers trouble themselves putting in all this aluminum irrigation
pipe between the rows _for each and every crop_.
Those circular fields you see from the air -- they are watered by a
big rotating permanent overhead structure.
Just hang some wires off of that.
I don't see how stringing up some trolly lines could be any more
expensive than an irrigation system.
Google only had some greenola stuff -- battery only conversions of
lawn tractors.
