Does CDM(clean development mechanism), JI (joint implementation) or ET (emission trading) can solve global warming?

Right, somebody said CO2 emission trading market will be the
"biggest" market in 21st century.


However, do you think these mechanisms can really solve the problem of
global warming?

As what I read, the world is still full of "extreme weather".

Maybe, Kyoto protocol doesn't work.

And what is you opinion>?
