Your idea is widely known and none have succeeded. One man who works
at utilizing heat in various forms to make electricity is Orest Symco
at
the University of Utah. I contacted him of a similar idea and he
didn't
write back. It is possible to utilize heat efficiently through air
compressors to make more energy than what one could make by
converting electricity to heat directly. The pressure of outdoor air
is
heated. If one cools it with a refrigirant or water used in
refrigfiration
processes, the heat extracted is very efficient, some say it is
possible
not to use refrigirant (freon) or water but deal directly with air and
one needs pressure of air to increase heat. Electricity is made by
a Stirling Engine optimally, but Orest Symco developed a way to
convert heat into sound and from sound into electricity, but the
application would be against waste heat in power plants. My dream
is to drive a car directly on heat. I am not a psysicist, but am
very interested in hearing about your idea and I can personally
go to the right people in the USA. I am a dreamer and have spent
a lot of time in these areas. Tell me if you have something I don't
already know about. I am a computer scientist. Don't worry about
the second law of thermodynamics. It is possible to convert heat
into motion, but a heat differential is needed.

and I will be happy to chat about your idea regardless if it is a
possible
solution or not.

Also, never argue with Americans. That is more important than the
second law of thermodynamics. Argue with teachers, not with blog
people who find laws a religion. Americans are crazy. But anyway,
write me.
