Perpetual motion is coming

Or one who invents it gets a heart attack in the last moment.

Why should perpetual motion work?

The idea is that some things can be set into motion like the pendulums
of
old clocks using very little energy for a long time, but the object
that moves
can be very large and heavy. In the world of old clocks, a 10 ton
object can
be moved like a bicycle around by a person. This object is like a
building
in weight and it moves right and left like a clock's pendulum. Hard to
start it up, but once started very little energy is needed. Like a
walking
cowboy, this building, tips to the right as a whole and back to the
left
with all it's weight passing through two shifting legs that remind of
narrow
skis. The structure I finally understood should not be tall. It should
have two
small legs on things reminding of skis to hold balance, the legs
not close to each other, but the weight it holds shifts out wide and
not
tall. Tall objects tip over once tipped, this object needs to bounce
back
after tilted the the Pizza tower. More like short legs and a big fat
ass
stretching out wide sideways holding weight, and the thing tips right
and left like a walking cowboy, while handled like abull by a cowboy
with it's immense weight of the structure as if it was a small pig on
a rope. The bells are pulled in the church by the ropes and the
weight
shifts. The weight is huge, to keep it tipping right and left needs
little
force.
