how long does it take for a coal burning plant to come to full power

once it has done so, how fast can it cut output to 75% ? to 50 % ?
i ask because i have been informed that the process of changing

6 to 12 ours depending on size and configuration. That's from cold
iron.
Ramping up and down is done at "megawatts-per-minute". As slow as 1MWM
to as fast as 15MWM. Depends on your controls mostly.
