I actually think that's too high. It shows the importance of nuclear
over any other form of energy. We need to build at least 6 times the
current number to make any impact on carbon, for example. But nukes
should have to run like that...we need more flexibility in loading.
for that we need a bigger base of nuclear power plants, enough for 80%
of our base load.
