want to buy elec bike like this:

any electric bikes out there with good range, that comes with a re-
movable battery pack and a set of photovoltaic panels to charge an
extra battery pack at home- while riding the bike? When I get home- I
just switch the batteries.

I'm looking for the above in a complete, ready to use package with a
reasonable warranty. (not something I have to modify and/or put
together myself)
