It works both ways back and forth.
Point out why it would stop besides just saying it would. Gravity is what
is making the extra motion that is "free" The falling for the first half
of the tank and the upward motion of the other tank is free energy,
and can be harnessed by the crossover turbine that harnesses the waters
motion between the 2 tanks. (the added line near the end)

Once there was a similar but much better, with floating bodies. Put them
in by the bottom, they lift up by buoyancy (free), them they fall out by
gravity (free), all in cycles (free). Guess waht? Doesn't work either.
Can't put them in free.

No putting in at the bottom of this one. so you can put them on the water
(not free of course since work is needed to build stuff)
but once in, no extra moving on an external source is needed.

Maybe you could read it again, and tell me what, besides the building
energy would not have energy to work.
