Over 10%? Any car can do that, at least for a while. Texas mandated 15% ethanol in several EPA "non-attainment" counties, and that accounts for several million people using the stuff every day.
Long term use of 85% ethanol without fuel system damage? Somewhere between 4.5M and 5.5M, last I looked into it. Most are larger GM trucks and SUVs, but there's an odd smattering of other brands and types as well.

They're still a small fraction of the US fleet, even with several million out there, and many of their owners likely don't know about the E85 capability. For the first several years, there wasn't a badge on the rear like some makers are doing now -- you had to read the fine print in the owner's manual to discover the capability.
