Nuke waste

The spent fuel (currently stored on site) from all the nuclear power plants in the US would fit in an area the size of a foot ball field about 12 feet deep. That's about one acre folks. A foot ball field is just 2 yards longer than an acre.

That is if we do not reprocess and re-use it again.
