My reading of the situation on which you comment is a little
different. I think laziness is a state of mind brought about
by lack of self-esteem. Inspire people and they will get up
off their backsides and get going. Perhaps, too, we are
lucky in Europe to have public TV. Watch out for programs
originating from the BBC like "Horizon". They don't talk
down to the audience but nevertheless are very skilfully
crafted to sex up the content and inspire viewers.
Re: the time investment. Do you have any shortcuts for an
old man in a hurry? :-(
