is there freeware for fractal art that is not a download?

we can't download stuff on this computer as a couple of years ago I
fried the old hard disk tryin to download a game.

I have a usenet friend who does fractal art and it looks fun and I want
to try it but I can't download it.

Anyone know of an url where I can do fractal art at their site?
