FASS is an acronym of Filling space, self Avoiding, Simple, Self similarAt a guess, there's an infinite number.
Well known FASS curves are:
Peano's curve (3 variants), Hilbert's curve, Gosper's quadratic and
hexagonal curves, Fass1 and Fass2 (from fractint.l file),
Dekking's church, Heighway, Pentive3, Terdragon (from McWorter home page).
I'd like to know whether there are some other.
Thanks a lot,
GB
I'm more familiar with fractals as attractors of IFSs, but many space
filling fractals can be produced either by IFSs or L-systems. Back
before I had other techniques for working out the rotations for elements
of attractors I used the corresponding L-systems to work out the
rotation angles for the fractals shown at
http://www.meden.demon.co.uk/Fractals/flowsnake.html
There's an infinite number in this class.
