This is a very good argument. I agree 100%. It is just the global warming
conjecture that I doubt. I personally consume a small fraction of the energy
of the average for my country. I think that consuming large amount of energy
does not guarantee happiness, and it has big down side as well. But I am a
skeptic of the CO2 story.
