Found means not accounted for by U.N inspectors and under bond for
demoliton. The U.N was not finished such programs and said that there were
caches of 'two to five shells' on a few bonded sites. Their were no new
weapons FOUND. 'rediscovering' some of the weapons that were bonded by the
U.N. for disposal in not a "new find". It is an example of how the U.S.
invasion interfered with U.N. inspections.
