Yet, the Democrats had legal oversea ballots thrown out solely for a lack of
a postmark.

Nice attempt at spin, but clearly the law says "postmarked OR signed and
dated". No where does it say that a ballot with a postmark can be
disqualified because it lacks a signature.

Discussing the consent decree between the state of Florida and the Federal
Government to being the state in compliance with Federal Code:
"The court notes Judge Stafford's orders and the Administrative Rule were
careful to require that the votes to be counted to be mailed or signed by
election day. In other words, overseas absentee votes, like all the rest of
the votes, cast their votes on election day."
Notice that Judge Stafford says ballots must be mailed, I.a. postmarked, OR
signed, not both.
