Thanks for the info. I hadn't thought of the power company angle.
I am chiefly looking for cooling capacity since it gets really hot here
during the summer.
I think your statement equating groundwater temperature equivalent to
or approximately the same as the mean annual air temperature is exactly
the guideline I was looking for.
